Good Morning: I have just two updates for you this week: 1. Attached is the school calendar for the 2021-2022 school year that was school board approved on Wednesday night. To highlight two items, the first day for students will be August 25, 2021. Graduation for the Class of 2022 and the last day of school will be June 1, 2022. 2. I have also been asked to share with you a local fundraiser for Semper Gratus. The Shamrock Shuffle is scheduled for March 13, 2021. If you have any questions on anything, please let me know. About Us

The Leechburg Area School District is a small, public school district serving the communities of Leechburg Borough and Gilpin Township in Armstrong County, Pennsylvania and West Leechburg Borough in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.

Leechburg Area School District services approximately 800 students from a population of approximately 6,000 residents. It is comprised of 3 schools: one middle school for grades 7-8, one high school for grades 9-12 and one elementary school for grades K-6.
