Evergreen After School Program Flyer and Application

 

Good Afternoon!

I hope you had a wonderful summer!  Some of you I got to see and some of you I didn't.  Those of you I didn't, I missed greatly!  We are starting club on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2023.

 

Here we are, back to school, ready to start another year of Afterschool club!  The Staff and I have planned some fun activities and events.  Some changes have occurred.  We are now in the CAFETERIA.  More space!  We have also hired a new face to our crew.  Ms. Cyndi Jaillet will be joining us soon.

 

As usual, Club will run Monday through Thursday, School dismissal to 5:45 pm.  I will have an information packet for you on Monday.

 

Attached is an application for your child.  If you have more than 1 child attending, please download and fill out more than one application.  You can fill it out electronically and email it  back to me or print it out and send it into the office at the Elementary School.  I must have your child's application in order for him/her to start club.
